Live Help is available during normal business hours (M-F 9am to 6pm EST).
Please note that live help sessions during normal business hours count as timed in-office support.
If a customer support representative has asked you to use the Live Help service to help resolve an after-hours issue, please note that Live Help time is chargeable at the emergency support rate.

Live Help begins as a chat-only session. If we need to see your computer screen, we can initiate a remote session request. Once you grant permission, we can then view and interact with your computer in real-time across the internet. This remote session capability is invaluable for training and support.
