It was Luckman that lined up at quarterback for George Halas behind center and created the "T-Formation." 1205Babe Ruth. Single Signed Baseball. This ball has been consigned by the original owner. As a batboy in the late 1930's for a minor league team on the east coast, he and the three other batboys had the opportunity to meet Babe Ruth. The other batboys had a Glove and a Scorecard signed. Our consignor grabbed a baseball and headed off to have it autographed. The ball is cream colored and has a wonderfully strong Ruth Signature on the Sweet Spot.
