GREITZER (American, 1910-1989) "Genre Scene", watercolor, signed and dated lower right, included is a Jack Greitzer business card and a newspaper clipping citing the artist's work on a mural for a new post office (each with "1935" inked in), 14x19in. Museum References: Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, The Cleveland Museum of Art, Whitney Museum of American Art. Provenance: Gifted by the artist to his sister-in-law Martha Shea upon her wedding, thence by decent to the present owner (her son).
