All auction sales will be recorded. This audio record of the number of the bidder, the bid, and amount thereof shall be prima facie evidence of the circumstances of the sale, and all disagreements will be resolved with this record.

If the purchaser at his sole option elects to leave equipment on the site after said time he does so at his own risk and accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage.

Payment must be made in CASH, CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (Visa or MasterCard only) for full amount owed. Personal checks will be accepted only if able to be verified thru our Telecheck machine.

Removal costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
TAXES: STATE SALES TAX on titled items will be collected upon title transfer. On all purchases of non- titled items sales tax will be collected from those who do not have a resale tax number. (PROOF REQUIRED)
Bidders failing to comply with the above Terms of Payment and Removal may be removed from the bidder list. In addition, future bids from those bidders not in compliance with the Terms and Conditions of sale may not be accepted by the office.
