We offer training in a variety of ways including:
| • | Over the phone - we can walk you through Auction Flex over the phone. |
| • | Live desktop sharing over the web - we can interact with your desktop in real time over the web utilizing state of the art technology. You merely connect to our website and click a special link that will allow you to grant us access to your desktop. From there we can provide a demonstration (we control Auction Flex) or we can provide a training session (you control Auction Flex). This is the next best thing to actually having us sit next to you. |
| • | On site - we can travel to your facility for your first auction to ensure that you do not have any problems on auction day. We generally arrive the day before the auction to conduct a training session. On auction day, we are there to answer questions and troubleshoot problems as the auction is conducted.
