Reports are available from nearly every form within Auction Flex.
1. Access reports by clicking the Print button 
at the bottom of any form.
2. The standard report form has three tabs:
| • | Predefined Reports - this tab is for built-in reports that come with Auction Flex. They cannot be modified. |
| • | Customizable Reports - this tab is empty by default. Should you require custom reports, Auction Flex can create them for you and they would be accessible from this tab. |
| • | Customizable Lists - this tab allows you to create customized lists by selecting available fields from the combo boxes. |
3. There are six action buttons along the right side of the print form (seven on the Customizable Reports tab).
| • |  - prints the report, allowing you to specify the printer. |
| • |  - previews the report on the screen, optionally allowing you to print. |
| • |  - prints any report directly to an HTML file |
| • |  - prints any report directly to a .PDF |
| • |  - (available only from Customizable Reports tab) allows you to modify the report. Most often, modifications will need to be made for alignment purposes while the report is filling out a standardized form. |
| • |  - advanced options allow you to export the report as text, html, etc. |
| • |  - exit. |
