Auction Flex allows you to easily print catalogs of your current auctions.
1. Click the Auction Lots button 
from the Navigator or the Navigator Toolbar.
2. Use the navigation buttons 
to choose the desired auction.
3. Click the Print Reports button 
from the Auction Controls section.
4. From the Report Dialogue, choose a report between 31(1-Column Catalog) and 55 (2-Column Catalog (8pt font) w/image &bold lead).
5. Choose desired range of lot numbers under Filter Settings by separating them with a - (eg: 1-5 would print lots 1, 2, 3, 4, &5).
6. Choose desired settings on the Auction Catalog Print Options and click Done.
