The Easy Navigator was created to give users quick and easy access to the individual active auctions. The Easy Navigator is geared towards customers who conduct:
| • | Non-Catalogued auctions (estate,consignor,etc.) or |
| • | Simple Catalogued auctions |
With the Easy Navigator and accompanying Easy Navigator toolbar, all the functions needed for your auction, from pre-auction entry to post-auction reports, are clearly and simply displayed.
Some customers opt to switch to the Easy Navigator on auction day and then switch back to the Advanced Navigator afterwards.

Auction Day
Post-Auction - The most common reports for closing out your auction can be found by using the four Post-Auction reports buttons.
| • | Invoice Summary Reports - This report will show the amounts of all invoices. You can select reports that will show, either in summary or detail, total sales, taxable and non taxable sales, buyers premium collected, and taxes collected. These reports do not take into account the payment status of the listed invoices, only whether the buyer has been checked out. |
| • | Invoice Receipts Reports - These are cash based reports. These reports will only display invoices that have a receipt associated with them. Count down your cash drawers or determine taxes collected from your receipts either in a date range format or on a per auction basis. |
| • | Pay Consignors - When you hit the Pay Consignors icon you will be able to print settlement sheets and pay your consignors out of Auction Flex. We have a variety of Balance Detail reports available. Preview a few of the reports to find the settlement report that best suits your needs. Report number 13 (Balance Detail with Auction Info) is always a good start. You can also print checks and record payments for your consignor from this screen. |
| • | Auction Summary - This is a snapshot of your auction . You will be able to see the number of lots sold and the hammer price. The amount if invoiced / non-invoiced bids, taxes and buyers premiums collected, and the amount of outstanding bids you have. if you hit the printer icon at the lower right of this screen, you will be able to print this summary, as well as Outstanding Invoices with buyer contact information and consignor summary reports. |
