Auction Flex depends on a multi-character activation key to run properly. If you have elected to lease the software agreement and are automatically billed, you will need to download a new activation key every month. You may also copy and paste the activation key from the automatically-generated email sent to the primary account holder.
| • | First, click the Miscellaneous drop down menu from the top of your Auction Flex window.  |
| • | Then choose the Maintain Company Information option from the list. |
| • | After you verify that your Company Name, AFlex User Name, and AFlex Password are correct, click on the Download Activation Key Button. You must have an internet connection in order for this feature to function properly. |
* Note: If you wish to change your company name, username, or password, you must first call Auction Flex to inform them of the change. You can change any of the other company information at your will (however, it is wise to keep Auction Flex informed with the most-recent information on file).
