CO Settlement Reports

CO Settlement reports supply the consignor with either summarized or detailed reports of how they faired at an auction. There are numerous reports available, each providing different information to the consignor.

•	CO settlement (Summary Detail): shows the basic consignment order, including prices realized, commission, and expenses

•	CO Settlement (Full Detail): shows full item detail, sale price, and commission

Note: Each type of settlement report has numerous options to customize it, including Auction Info, Bid Card #, Buyer Name, or Full Buyer Info. The most commonly used reports are the CO Settlement w/ Auction Info reports (both summary detail and full detail). Use the Print Preview icon (the blank sheet of paper with the magnifying glass) to preview the reports and find the one that works best for you.
