Clerk Auction

1. Click on the Clerking Activity button from the Navigator or the Navigator Toolbar.

2. Use the navigation buttons

to locate the desired auction.

3. Click on the Clerking Grid button or the Clerking  (Detailed) button.

4. From here the software is very adaptive to the type of auction you will be clerking:

Both clerking forms are designed to be operated with very little use of the mouse because the mouse tends to slow down data entry.

If the performance of the clerking screen is too slow go to Miscellaneous->Maintain Settings & Options->CLERKING tab and set the Performance Tuning options appropriately. Additionally, from this same tab you will see a number of options to customize the clerking screen to your preference.
