After the internet-only auction is complete, you will want to download all of the bids. Go to Auction Setup 
, then select the Alt Bids tab. Click the Download Bids button.
Once you have downloaded your Internet Bids, you will see them in the large list area. Click on the Auto-Clerk button on the left side of the window.
You will be given a prompt as to whether or not you would like to first review the Information before clerking (we always recommend you review prior to running the Auto-Clerk).
You will receive one more confirmation message asking you if you wish to Auto-Clerk the bids before the software automatically clerks your online bids.
