The Auto Backup feature on the clerking screen allows backups of your auction to be automatically created at an interval of your choosing. Start the Auto Backup running before every auction and never again worry about a hard drive crash. The auto backup should be saved to a secondary computer or an external drive.
To start Auto Backup:
| • | Open Clerk Auction  from the Easy Navigator. |
| • | Click Auto Backup  . |
| • | Choose the location of the backup and the interval between backups. Then click Go. Minimize the window and proceed with the auction. |
