Auction Flex has built-in features to assist the auctioneer during the auction.
The Auction Flex Auction Presenter allows you to display your items as they are being sold on a projector or large screen T.V.s. You can also use the presenter prior to the auction in preview mode, scrolling through your items with the Lead and Lot number noted on each. This screen can be controlled by the Auctioneers Screen or synchronized with a Clerk. The Auctioneers Screen is the most seamless control. The auctioneer hits the space bar, advancing the Auctioneers Screen, and the presenter will move accordingly, under the control of the auctioneer. If you synchronize the Auction Presenter with a Clerking screen, you will see a bit of a delay as the clerk enters the buyer number and sale price.
The Auction Flex Auctioneer's Screen allows the auctioneer to replace the paper Auctioneer's Catalog with a dynamical changing solution. With this screen, you can view the latest absentee bids as they are entered from another computer. You can note any reserves, estimates, or house-not-sold numbers, along with the full description and all images. You can also use the Auctioneer's Screen as a gauge for your auction performance and see real-time lots per hour, total auction hammer price, as well as an at-a-glance graph based on pre-sale estimates and prices achieved. The Auctioneer's Screen can also be used to control the Auction Presenter, displaying the lots up for sale to the audience at the auctioneer's pace. |
