Add Consigned Inventory

Top  Previous  Next

Adding consigned inventory from CO Maintenance is generally used by Auctioneers/Auction Houses that need to keep control of their inventory outside of an auction via an Inventory #. Auction Flex has excellent inventory control features, including the ability to barcode your inventory. If you want a simpler way to rapidly enter lots directly into an auction, you may want to check out Fast Lot Entry.

1. Click on the Consignment Order Maintenance button 610_cmd_COMaint from the Navigator or the Navigator Toolbar.

2. Click on the New button 610_cmd_New to create a new consignment order.

3. Click on the Lookup button 4_cmd_Lookup in the Consignor Information area to open the Consignor Maintenance form.

4. If you have previously entered the desired consignor use the navigation buttons 610_cnt_StandardControls to find the consignor otherwise click on the New button 610_cmd_New to create a new consignor.

5. Fill out the relevant information for your consignor.

6. Click on the Commission tab 4_pag_Commission and adjust the commission to the desired settings. To learn more about commission settings, click here.

8. You will notice that the consignor is now selected in the consignor information area 4_cnt_ConsignorInfo on your CO.

9. From here you have several options depending on your situation.
