The Auction Flex Grid Presenter allows you to project a visual representation of your auction for your audience in a traditional format. The Grid Presenter has the same computer requirements as our Map Presenter. Your computer needs to be able to run in an extended desktop with dual monitor capabilities. It is best to set the extended desktop to 800x600 resolution.
To use the Grid Presenter, follow the steps listed below:
1. After selecting your Multi-Parcel auction, click on the Display Settings tab.
2. Click on the 
button. This will bring up your Grid Display Settings screen. This screen allows you to adjust the Grid Presenter to your needs.
| • | In order to eliminate the need for runners doing only what-if queries, a Back In column is available on the Grid Presenter. In order to enable this feature, Display What must be set to High Combos, and the Show Back In What If box must be checked. |
4. After making your selections in the Display Settings screen, drag the presenter onto your extended desktop and click on the 
and enjoy your auction! To exit out of the presenter, simply hit the escape button and the click on the X at the upper right corner of the screen.
