The VisiLotter allows you to visually lot your sale by dragging and dropping items from inventory directly into your auction. This method gives you an easy to use visual layout of your auction lots.
To use the Visi-Lotter:
1. Click the Auction Maintenance button 
from the Easy Navigator or Navigator toolbar.
2. Click the Auction Lots tab

3. On the left hand side click the Visi-Lotter button 
.
4. On the left side you will see a list of all inventory that is free to be allocated to the auction. On the right side there is a grid listing available lot numbers.
5. Choose an item from the left and drag it over to the desired lot number. eg. If we wanted to assign the Table as lot number 34 we would click the table and drag it to the 4 column in row 30. Lot numbers that have already been assigned will have a shaded square around them. eg.(lots 1,2 and 3 pictured below). If there are Pre-Sale estimate values assigned to your items the shaded color corresponds to the appropriate Pre-Sale estimate range.
