We offer training in a variety of ways including:
| • | Over the phone - we can walk you through Auction Flex over the phone. |
| • | Live desktop sharing over the web - we can interact with your desktop in real time over the web utilizing state of the art technology. You merely connect to our website and click a special link that will then allow you to grant us access to your desktop. From there we can provide a demonstration (we control Auction Flex) or we can provide a training session (you control Auction Flex). This is the next best thing to actually having us sit next to you. |
| • | On site - we can travel to your facility for your first auction to ensure that you don't have any problems on auction day. We generally arrive the day before the auction to conduct a training session. Then, on auction day, we are there to answer questions and troubleshoot problems as the auction is conducted.
