Overview
The filter form provides a way to limit the available records in the calling form. For instance; if you are in the Item Maintenance form and choose a filter of Onhand>0, then only the items whose onhand is greater than zero will be displayed when using the navigation buttons.
Appearance
1. OK
Click this button once you have selected the desired filter.
2. Set as Default
Click this button to set the selected filter as the default filter when opening the related form.
3. New Local
Click this button to create a new local filter that only you can access.
4. New Shared
Click this button to create a new filter that everyone can access.
5. Delete
Click this button to delete a local or shared filter. You can not delete Auction Flex filters or custom filters.
