Overview
The standard controls toolbar provides a uniform way to access common features throughout the software.
Appearance
1. Standard Controls
Navigation Buttons:
- click on this button to go to the first record in the current filter.
- click on this button to go to the previous record in the current filter.
- click on this button to go to the next record in the current filter.
- click on this button to go to the last record in the current filter.
- click on this button to go to a specific ID / # / Code.
Advanced Buttons:
- click on this button to bring up the find form.
- click on this button to bring up the list form.
- click on the filter button to create custom sorted filters for our standard reports
- click on this button to bring up the filter form.
- click on this button to bring up the order form.
Maintenance Buttons:
- click on this button to toggle between edit mode and view mode. Edit mode allows you to edit the record, view mode does not.
- click on this button to create a new record.
- click on this button to delete the currently selected record.
Print Button:
- click on this button to bring up the print form.
Exit Button:
- click on this button to exit the form.
