Within Auction Flex, go to the Miscellaneous drop-down Menu.
From here choose Maintain Settings & Options and go to the Customer Tab then the Consignor Settings Tab. From here you will see the commission and any buyback defaults in your software. To set your Commission & Buyback settings correctly, please see our Commission & Buyback chapter.
When you make any changes to the commission and buyback settings, you are changing them globally in your Auction Flex software. Therefore, when you create a new Customer, you have the option of keeping them at this default Commission/Buyback or assigning them a new Commission/Buyback specific to the individual.
