To move your unsold items from a previous auction to a current auction while preserving the previous lot number follow the steps below.
1. Ensure that all of your items in the previous auction were clerked as Not Sold.
2. Select your new auction from the Active Auction list. Click the Auction Lots button. 
If you have not created your new auction be sure to do so from the Auction Setup screen.
3. Select Add Group from the Lot Controls section on the left of the screen.
4.Choose the previous Auction from the drop down menu at the lower right of the Add Group screen.
5. Highlight the desired items
6. Hit the Auto Lot Number 
button.
7. When you answer Yes to the prompt that pops up your items will be added to the new auction using the previous lot number.
