A new feature for version 6 is our 'Check Box' feature.

The Check Box options are typically used in the following ways:

To track if inventory is on-site (heavy equipment auctioneers use this)
To track if title has been received on a titled vehicle
Anything else you can think of that makes sense to track with a checkbox.

 

These check boxes are special in that you have the following special ways you can use them:

There is an option, when printing a catalogue, to require that either or both of these fields are checked to show up on the catalogue.
There is an option in Maintain Settings & Options to require that either or both of these fields are checked before the item is released for payment to the consignor.

 

So, for example, if you set check box 1 to the caption On-Site, you can optionally print a catalogue for ONLY the items that are marked as On-Site.

 

So, for example, if you set check box 2 to the caption Title Received for inventory type Vehicles, you can further require this option is checked prior to paying the consignor.
