Auto-Clerk Feature (new to v.6):
Auction Flex has added the feature of Auto-Clerk to the Alt Bids section of Auction Maintenance.
Once you have downloaded your Internet Bids, you will see them listed in the large list area. Then you are going to click on the Auto-Clerk button on the left side of the window.
You will be given a prompt as to whether or not you would like to first review the Information before clerking (we always recommend you review prior to running the Auto-Clerk).
You will receive one more confirmation message asking you if you wish to Auto Clerk the bids before the software automatically clerks your online bids.
