Auction Flex allows you to easily add pictures to your inventory.
1. Click the Inventory Maintenance button 
from the Navigator or the Navigator toolbar.
2. Use the navigation buttons 
to find desired inventory.
3. Click the Images Tab 
4. You can drag images from a folder or use the image control buttons to add pictures of your inventory.
Images can also be added from the Fast Entry screen by dragging and dropping.
1. Click the Auction Maintenance 
button from the Navigator or the Navigator toolbar.
2. Click the Auction Lots tab

3. Click the Fast Entry button 
.
4. From the fast Entry screen you simply drag and drop images from an existing folder.
You also have the option, in version 6 and higher, to utilize the Image Import tool.
