To move your unsold items from a previos auction to a current auction while preserving the previous lot number follow the steps below.
1. Ensure that all of your items in the previous auction were clerked as Not Sold.
2. Open your new auction from Auction Setup. 
If you have not created your new auction be sure to hit the New 
button and add the name and dates of your auction in this screen.
3. Go to the Auction Lots tab 
and select Add Group from the Lot Control section on the left of the screen.
4.Choose the Auction from the drop down menu at the lower right of the Add Group screen. 
5. Highlight the desired items
6. Hit the Auto Lot Number 
button.
7. When you answer Yes to the prompt that pops up your items will be added to the new auction using the previous lot number.
