Auction Flex allows users to manually create and edit sellers via the Consignor Maintenance window.
Seller profiles are unique to that company and/or individual. You may enter in as many different consignors as you would like. The Consignor Code 
is a unique code that can be manipulated by the user with whatever organizational-coding-structure you wish (numeric, alphabetic, or alpha-numeric). Within this area, the user can manipulate the seller's Commission and Buy Back Settings, add the seller to Mail Lists, and add Consignment Orders (CO'S) for the Consignor.

| • | The 'Lock Consignor Code' check box  should be checked if you want the Consignor Code to fixed (see Resetting Consignor Codes). |
