Auction Flex contains an extensive list of reports and labels to suite you auction needs. Below you will see a basic list of our reports and labels. This list is not intended to be a complete list as we are constantly updating the software with new reports and options based on customer recommendations or new options within the software.
Access the Reports Dialog and view the list of reports by hitting the printer icon 
at the lower right of any Auction Flex screen. The reports are organized by relevance to the screen being viewed. As an example Clerking sheets will be found by hitting the printer icon at the bottom of Clerking Maintenance.
Reports Dialog Controls
Preview reports prior to printing by hitting the print preview button found on the right of the reports dialog screen.
Print Auction Flex reports or labels by hitting the printer icon at the upper right of the reports dialog screen.
Print any Auction Flex report directly to an HTML file by hitting the HTML icon in the reports dialog screen.
Print any Auction Flex report directly to a .PDF by hitting the PDF icon in the reports dialog screen.
Auction Flex reports as found under the corresponding maintenance screens.
