The Map Presenter has the same computer requirements as our Grid Presenter. Your computer needs to be able to run in an extended desktop with dual monitor capabilities. It is best to set the extended desktop to 800x600 resolution.
To use the Map Presenter follow the steps listed below;
To create your map presenter you need to click on the settings tab in Auction Flex Multi-Parcel Bid Maintenance.
1. Click on our 
button found in the 
tab in Multi-Parceling Maintenance
2. Click on the 
tab and click on the 
button and browse to the desired .jpg image. The Diplay screen will also allow you to change the patterns and colors of your map blocking and adjust the fonts of your leader board.
3. To map out the parcels on your map select the 
tab. Detailed directions are provided in that screen for mapping your image. The parcel labels are found in the upper right, just drag and drop them onto the correct parcel.
4. To display your set map presenter to the audience click on the 
tab and drag the presenter screen onto your extended desktop.
